You might notice we're a little more expensive than other retailers, and here's why:

We employ only NETCC accredited installers, who are the best of the best. We have Australia's largest network of 500 accredited installers who are qualified highly rated electrical engineers. We don't sacrifice on quality of service, we only hire the best, therefore they tend to be more expensive, we do this to protect our customers from what many have experienced in solar to be poor quality installs.

We install premium quality equipment only. This is our company policy. You pay for what you get and with AusPac you get top quality products and installation.

With AusPac we add on a service fee to our sales. This is because with us you get ongoing support and service to ensure your system is running as it should be at a high standard. Your service fee lasts the period of your 10-year warranty. In this period, you can use us as your solar experts for ongoing support.

Unfortunately you need to be a homeowner to install Solar & Battery. However if you want to help lower carbon emissions, you can refer your Real Estate or Landlord to us to get Solar installed at your rental property. If they get Solar for your rental you will receive a FREE Weber BBQ.

How do I know what I need?

When you contact AusPac Solar, our expert sales team will ask you about your property, budget and your energy needs to work out what kind of system you need.

How much will I save?

It all depends on your asset (building) size and current bills. AusPac Solar residential clients save up to $3,000 per year. Most of our clients have chosen to install a battery and receive no bills at all.

How much does it cost?

Costs depend on your system needs and size, our sales experts will talk you through the system costs, which starts at $8,000 for a small residential system of 6.6 kilowatts.

How long does an installation take?

For metro areas, we can have your system installed within two weeks. For regional and rural areas it may take longer but we endeavor to get the system installed as quickly as we can.

What rebates are available?

The Federal Government set the Small Scale Technologies (STC) rebate which is based on your postcode. Most States and Territories also enable some form of rebate within their state for either solar or batteries or both. It depends on your state, so speak to us to learn what is available to you. 

What kind of financing options available for solar panel installations?

We have affiliated finance partners that can offer options for all manner of systems. Our interest rates range between 5-7% for 5, 7, or 10-year loans, which is better than some home loans. You can opt to pay a portion and the rest on finance. There are many flexible and convenient ways you can pay off your system. It all comes down to a conversation with us to determine what is best for you.
